All sales are final. Items may not be returned. Upon delivery of your order (as determined by delivery service) all initial, subsequent, and/or previous, payments are non-refundable, transferable, or negotiable.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
“Lead Time” or “Processing Time” is listed in the item description for each product. Please refer to that information for details. Shipping times are approximate, and subject to variability.
Shipping Time
For addresses within the continental United States, most items arrive in 3-5 days once shipped. International orders typically take 5-10 days to arrive once shipped. If you need your item delivered by a specific date, you must contact us first to verify we can meet your deadline. Failure to do so will result in your order being processed under the standard times listed in the relevant product descriptions.
Shipping Insurance
Every package is insured for the full value of its contents, and requires a valid signature on delivery. This is non-negotiable, and can not be waived. Should the worst happen and your order be damaged in transit, carefully document the problem and contact us, and every effort will be made to secure a refund (pending resolution of any/all insurance claims with the postal carrier).
Order Cancellation
Orders from the “Kits & Raw Castings” section of the store that have not yet shipped may be cancelled under some circumstances. Please contact us to see if your situation is eligible for a cancellation.
For orders of finished or custom pieces, absolutely no cancellations will be accepted after work has started. For custom orders, cancellation does not include a refund of any deposits or payments made up to that point. Please contact us to see if your situation is eligible for a cancellation.

We will never take advantage of your personal info for personal gain. That would be wrong. Plus, we value your privacy as much as you do. We take extensive measures to ensure a properly secured website so all your important financial data stays safe, too.
