Description
This is a black vinyl decal, sized to fit the Winter Soldier Arm. It is the black outline of the star ONLY. It is empty inside the black. You will still need to use red paint to finish the look, but the decal makes masking much easier and results in a cleaner finish.
Please pick the size that corresponds to the Arm you are buying – Medium or Small.
